Working directly with the CEO, you will turn financial and operational data into smarter business decisions and help implement those decisions across the company.

Build financial models, forecasts, budgets and cash-flow scenarios

Analyze hiring decisions, compensation plans, unit economics and growth investments

Improve management reporting, financial controls and business continuity





Identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies

6–12 years in strategic finance, FP&A;, consulting, corporate strategy or business operations

~ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

~ Solid understanding of accounting and financial controls

~ Experience in a startup or scaling company

~ Experience supporting U.Excellent English and substantial U.MBA, CPA, CMA or CFA preferred but not required
