The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and preparing proposals to deliver tailored services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Extensive Business Development experience , with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong sales pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Hands-on experience in the complete business development cycle , including:

Cold calling and outbound prospecting

Lead generation using research, networking, and digital channels

Must have strong Field Sales experience , capable of managing on-ground activities, conducting in-person meetings, and driving market penetration.

Must have the ability to individually build and maintain a solid network of clients, partners, and business contacts , without dependency on company-provided leads.

International experience working across multiple European countries, including but not limited to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland .
