Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support end-to-end project execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and status reports.

Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.

Organize and facilitate project meetings,



prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to closure.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues proactively to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.

Support resource planning, effort tracking, and project reporting using project management tools.

Prepare dashboards and management reports highlighting project health, milestones, risks, and key performance indicators.

Coordinate change requests and ensure appropriate documentation and stakeholder approvals.

Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor communication where applicable.
