We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing admissions team.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional learner experience.
Counsel prospective learners regarding Eduinx programs and career opportunities.
* Engage with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual consultations.
* Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and counselling to enrollment and post-sales coordination.
* Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Academics, Student Success, and Placements to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS updates.
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or B2C Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
* Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and managing lead pipelines
