Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OPD & IPD front office operations
- Lead and mentor the front office team
- Oversee patient registration, admissions, appointments, and billing coordination
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
- Drive service excellence through effective processes and patient-centric care
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience in front office or customer service roles (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
