Complyance builds technology that helps businesses manage e-invoicing and regulatory-compliance workflows. Our Delivery team works with enterprise customers, finance teams, IT teams, ERP partners and software developers to implement API, ERP, file-based and manual-upload e-invoicing solutions.

We are expanding our implementation capability for customers across the UAE and are looking for an early-career engineer who is interested in APIs, enterprise systems, customer implementations and financial technology.

Complyance is looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager – E-Invoicing Implementations to manage enterprise customer implementations across the UAE.

~ The Project Manager will independently manage assigned customer projects involving API integrations, ERP integrations, file-based processes and manual-upload solutions. The role owns project execution from initiation and planning through requirements, implementation, UAT, production go-live, hypercare, closure and transition to Customer Success and Support.





~ The Project Manager will coordinate customer business and IT teams, ERP implementation partners and Complyance's Functional, Technical Implementation, Solution Architecture, Implementation Quality, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams.

~ The role may require travel to the UAE or other approved customer locations for discovery, workshops, governance meetings, UAT, go-live or escalation support.

Project Initiation and Governance:

Lead formal handover from Sales, reviewing the SOW, scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria

Prepare and maintain the Project Charter, Project Management Plan and RACI

Project Planning and Schedule Management:

Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery forecasts

Coordinate schedules across functional, technical, UAT, Product and customer workstreams

Manage multiple projects by complexity and capacity; RAID and Dependency Management:

Own the Risks, Assum
