Business Development Manager

We are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Manager with a strong network in the construction industry to strategically expand our presence, secure key accounts, and deliver measurable revenue growth across Maharashtra & Gujarat.
This role will drive market expansion, identify strategic opportunities, and build long-term client relationships for our Project Management and Cost Management Consultancy services. The position requires solid regional market knowledge, excellent industry networking capabilities, and proven expertise in managing tenders, proposals, and business conversions within the construction consultancy ecosystem.
Lead business development initiatives across Maharashtra & Gujarat market
Generate new leads and convert opportunities for Project Management and Cost Management consultancy services
Drive growth across multiple real estate sectors, including Data Centres, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Workspace Interiors, Industrial, Retail, and Residential
Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and EOI opportunities
Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and market intelligence data
Key Competencies & Experience:
~2-5 years of relevant business development experience in Construction Consultancy / PMC / Real Estate Advisory.
~ MBA in Marketing / Business Development / Real Estate Management (preferably from NICMAR University; Experience in handling tenders, proposals, and PQ documentation.
~ Established industry network with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders (relationships with government agencies will be an added advantage).
