We are acting on behalf of a premier global logistics organization to appoint a Country Sales Director to oversee commercial operations and market expansion in India.

This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for a seasoned commercial executive tasked with driving the growth strategy for one of the industry's most significant and dynamic markets.

As the commercial lead, you will function as the architect of the country’s sales organization, responsible for scaling revenue, penetrating high-value verticals, and fostering a culture of excellence within a matrixed global setting.

Commercial Leadership: Architect and execute the national sales strategy, acting as the primary driver for new business acquisition and market share growth.

Spearhead expansion efforts across core high-growth verticals, including Chemical, Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer, and Industrial/Automotive sectors.

Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and steward long-term partnerships with multinational accounts at the C-suite level,



ensuring our solutions align with their global supply chain requirements.

Partner directly with the Regional Leadership and Operations teams to synchronize business development with service delivery, ensuring a seamless, port-centric value proposition.

Organizational Growth: Lead and inspire the local sales team, implementing rigorous KPIs and fostering a "hunter" culture that consistently exceeds annual budgets.

Strategic Experience: 10–15+ years of success in logistics and supply chain leadership, with a documented history of creating significant new revenue streams.

Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the complexities inherent in the Chemical, Life Science, or Industrial/Automotive verticals.

Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management is strongly preferred.
