Role Overview We are seeking an experienced International Sales professional to drive business growth across global markets for electrical and consumer appliance products. The role involves developing overseas markets, managing international distributors, identifying new business opportunities, handling key customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

International Sales & Business Development

Develop and expand international business across assigned regions. (MEA, SEA, Oceania)

Identify and acquire recent customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.

Prepare business plans and market entry strategies for new countries.

Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.

Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations,



and commercial offers.

Distributor & Channel Management

Appoint and manage international distributors and channel partners.

Support distributors with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials.

Monitor distributor performance and drive business development initiatives.

Expand distribution networks in existing and new international markets.

Sales Operations & Customer Management

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and customer service teams for timely deliveries.

Ensure smooth export order processing and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer forecasts, order pipelines, and sales reporting.

Support collections and follow-up on outstanding payments with customers.

Export & Commercial Coordination

Manage export documentation and international shipping processes.
