Responsibilities
- Building Distribution of MFDs / Insurance Advisors
- Driving Activation and Sales of ULIP, TRADITIONAL, TERM product through them
- Maintaining Quality in terms of sales and persistency
- Creating and Retaining AUM

Qualifications
- Qualification: MBA
- Work experience in years: Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in life insurance channel

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Team handling
- YTD Business Achievement – Minimum 5 Crore with 100% or above target achievement

Preferred Skills
- Handled distribution/ Experience in Agency channel.
- Excellent performance rating for the last 2 years
- Local candidate is only preferable
- Age up to 45 years
