• Proficiency in various software’s i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.
• Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects
. • Design development, planning, making of attractive mood board presentations according to styles selected in the latest software’s.
• Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing the developments as per project plan. • Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information. • Preparing formats for the same and responsible for accuracy of all the data put in them. • Responsible for interaction with service consultants and architecture team while designing and execution of project. • Share their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project. • Responsible for joint coordination with 3D visualizers to help them make 3d models with complete detailed panels explaining each object in the render. • Interact regularly with all involved in project. • Highly developed aesthetic sense in the use of materials, color, form, texture, proportion, composition. Ability to take charge and respectfully direct younger staff at all project stages
