Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai and is looking for an exceptional Art Director to shape the visual identity of one of India's fastest-growing travel brands.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who goes beyond making beautiful designs. You'll be involved from concept to execution like solving business problems through compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, creator content, presentations, performance marketing and brand experiences.

Brand and integrated campaign identities

Social media creatives, carousels, Reels covers & YouTube thumbnails

Tourism board and brand partnership presentations

Performance marketing creatives

Visual identities for original content properties

AI-assisted concepts, prototypes and production-ready assets

Develop creative concepts and distinctive visual directions for campaigns

Design high-impact campaigns, presentations and digital assets

Art direct photo/video shoots where required

Continuously improve creative quality using content performance insights





5–9 years of experience in Art Direction, Advertising, Brand Design or Visual Communication

~ Solid portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and execution

~ Experience in agencies, creative studios or design-led brands

~ Experience designing campaigns, presentations, social content and digital advertising

~ Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube and creator-led content

~ Hands-on experience with AI in creative workflows

Basic motion graphics and video editing

Can turn vague briefs into powerful creative ideas
