Role Description Managing and improving sales and service business at all ADs (Authorised dealers) under the AMD (Authorized Main Dealer), thereby increasing the ADs' contribution to the overall business.





Ensure manpower available in sales and service are trained as per the norms, provide coaching and engaging the manpower.

• Define target for ADs and assist in achieving sales and service targets.

• Ensure both showroom and workshop infrastructure at all ADs as per TVSM standards and ensure better customer experience at both showroom and workshop.

• Interface between ADs and AMD to improve retail sales from all ADs.

• Ensure all the ADs achieve minimum monthly retail of 20 or more consistently.
