Senior Strategic Sales Leader
Experience: 8 to 12 years in Corporate/B2B sales
Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets set for Hoovers business Pan India. Provides thought leadership in conceptualization and implementation of Field sales strategy.
Establishes sales objectives by effective forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and recent products.
by analysing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbers.
Drives field sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline to consistently deliver on set targets.
Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business.
Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets.
MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 8+ years in Corporate/B2B sales.
Experience in People management including managing senior sales managers.
Seasoned people leader with prior experience of successfully leading a high caliber sales team.
Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Proven client prospecting, sales planning and relationship management abilities.
