The Registrar is a key statutory officer of the University and will head the Registrar's function in its entirety, holding overall accountability for academic administration, compliance, and governance, and reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor.

Institution-Building Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of academic and administrative systems from the ground up, as a founding senior leader.

Academic Governance Ownership:



Work closely with the Vice Chancellor, Deans, and statutory bodies in shaping regulations, policies, and academic processes.

Strategic Scope: Own end-to-end accountability across admissions, examinations, student records, and regulatory compliance.

Impact on Student Experience: Enable seamless academic journeys for students from admission to graduation.

Academic Administration & Governance

Hold overall accountability for academic affairs across all programmes. Implement regulations and policies approved by statutory bodies; Oversee programme structures, course registrations, credit transfers, and academic calendars. Serve as Secretary to the Academic Council, Board of Studies, and related committees. Act as the final authority on escalated academic issues.

Student Records, Enrolment & Academic Services

Own student academic records from admission to graduation. Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, tra
