Role Description:
This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in South Delhi .



The Sales and Marketing Executive will engage with prospective students and their families, explain Phogrow’s services, and guide them through suitable study-abroad opportunities, with a strong focus on Lithuania and other European destinations.
Daily responsibilities include managing incoming student inquiries, conducting consultations, understanding student requirements, maintaining regular follow-ups, and nurturing prospective students and their families throughout their decision-making journey. The candidate will be responsible for managing assigned leads, maintaining accurate records of all student interactions, and ensuring timely communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
