Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer/Reviewer with hands-on experience in U.S. taxation to support accurate and timely tax compliance and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and/or review U.S. tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, etc.)

Analyze financial data and supporting documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.)

Perform basic tax computations including depreciation, estimates, and adjustments

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards

Identify discrepancies and escalate for review

Assist with extensions, amendments, and compliance tasks

Maintain organized workpapers and documentation

Tools & Software: UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, Drake (preferred)

✅ Requirements:

~3+ year experience in U.S. Taxation

~ Strong understanding of tax concepts & compliance

~ Good attention to detail and time management skills

~ Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
