LinkedIn: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to own and manage end-to-end payroll operations for our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Indian payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll audits, and process automation. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external partners.

Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Manage employee lifecycle payroll activities, including onboarding, exits, final settlements, promotions, salary revisions, bonuses, incentives,



and reimbursements.

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable laws.

Coordinate with Finance to reconcile payroll data, accounting entries, and salary payouts.

Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, variable pay, incentives, recoveries, and deductions.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain payroll-related documentation and records.

Handle employee payroll queries and resolve issues with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.

Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to improve payroll operations and employee experience.

Lead payroll audits and support internal and external compliance requirements.

Drive payroll process improvements, automation, and documentation to improve accuracy and scalability.
