Technical Delivery/Program Manager (TDM) — Microsoft Azure & .NET Programs Experience: 11+ Years | Location: Noida | Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

End-to-end delivery of the program across multiple concurrent workstreams — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes

Engineering leadership — guide teams to consistent, high-quality, on-time delivery

Agile execution — drive sprint planning, release planning,



and governance across Agile/Scrum and Protected frameworks

Risk & escalation management — proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockers

Delivery metrics — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you

People leadership — mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization

Executive communication — deliver crisp, regular status updates and delivery reporting to leadership

11+ years of experience in technical delivery/program management, with strong grounding in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
