Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Civil AutoCAD Designer / Junior Civil Engineer / Architectural Assistantship. The role involves preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and related design software, supporting space planning, and assisting in the development of project layouts and details. The team member will coordinate with engineers, architects, and site staff to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions and comply with design standards. Daily tasks include reviewing plans,



making revisions as required, maintaining drawing documentation, and assisting in quantity take-offs or basic estimations. The role may also include site visits to understand project requirements and support smooth execution of work.
Qualifications
Ability to prepare and interpret Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with strong Drawing skills.
Knowledge of Space Planning principles and experience supporting layout development for residential and commercial projects.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and clients.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is an advantage.
Basic understanding of civil engineering or architectural concepts, building materials, and construction practices.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
