We are looking for a QA leader who will own end-to-end product quality at Muvi . You will lead a team of 30+ QA engineers (manual + automation) and build a strong quality culture across the company.

Own quality across all Muvi products (Web, Mobile, APIs, platform)

Lead and grow a team of 30+ QA engineers

Define and execute the overall QA and automation strategy

Explore use of AI in testing (test generation, visual testing, etc.)

Drive automation across UI, API, and mobile (Android & iOS)

Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer releases

Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.)

Introduce modern practices like shift-left testing and continuous testing

10+ years in QA, including 5+ years in automation





~3+ years managing QA teams at scale

~ Experience with performance testing

~ Exposure to AI-driven testing tools

~ Solid experience in building automation frameworks for web and mobile apps

~ Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend systems

~ Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.)

~ Strong programming skills (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar)

~ Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines

~ Ability to think beyond testing and own product quality

~ You will be working with a Product (B2B SaaS) Company
