We are looking for an energetic and experienced Video Editing Manager who can lead our editing team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of engaging content.

Lead the video editing team, assign projects, and ensure timely completion.

Review, refine, and improve videos before publishing.

Convert scripts and raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.

Enhance storytelling through pacing, B-rolls, graphics, motion graphics, sound design, and music.

Maintain consistent video quality and visual standards across all content.

Collaborate with content, research, thumbnail, and production teams.

Create editing templates, SOPs,



and efficient workflows.

Analyze audience retention insights and continuously improve editing quality.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience .

Understanding of YouTube storytelling, audience retention, and content trends.

Ability to lead editors and manage multiple projects.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing skills is mandatory.
