The Regional Channel Manager will be responsible for driving accelerated and profitable growth for the Channel Vertical across Western India. This role will oversee the complete Ion Exchange portfolio—covering Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants as well as Chemicals—through a network of channel partners. The incumbent will focus on strengthening channel relationships, enhancing technical and commercial support, and achieving ambitious business growth targets in the region.
Develop and execute regional channel strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and business development.
Identify current channel opportunities and expand partner networks within the assigned geography.
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance, pipeline health, and growth potential.
Lead and mentor a regional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Drive a performance-driven culture aligned with company goals and values.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental) or Science. MBA preferred.
Experience:
~10–15 years of experience in Channel Sales / Business Development, preferably in Water Treatment, Wastewater Solutions, or Industrial Chemicals.
~ Experience leading multi-location teams and managing channel ecosystems.
