Job Role We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of marine service jobs from enquiry through completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning jobs, coordinating engineers, communicating with customers and vendors, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

The role offers exposure to a wide variety of marine services and requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate service jobs from enquiry through completion and invoicing

Prepare quotations, service proposals, work orders, and customer documentation





Schedule service engineers and coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics

Liaise with customers, vessels, ship managers, agents, class surveyors, and subcontractors throughout each project

Coordinate spare parts, materials, and subcontractor requirements to ensure timely project execution

Prepare service documentation, reports, certificates, and job files

Monitor project progress and ensure service milestones are achieved within agreed timelines

Support Accounts with invoicing, documentation, and customer
