About the Role Strategic Finance & Analysis

Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis at business-unit and company levels

Conduct variance analysis, prepare management dashboards, and track key financial KPIs

Assist in business case evaluation for new projects, investments, or R&D; initiatives

R&D; and Innovation Support

Partner with R&D; teams to evaluate the financial and strategic viability of research programs and product development

Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support funding models for innovation projects

Business Presentations & Meetings

Prepare executive-level presentations, pitch decks, board reports, and investor summaries

Participate in business meetings, take minutes, follow up on key action points, and contribute intellectually to discussions

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection, insights, and alignment

Operations & Task Pool Management

Handle a broad pool of strategic and operational activities across departments (finance, strategy, business development, R&D;)

Track progress,



create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of cross-functional deliverables

Intellectual Contributions & Business Discussions

Engage in strategic brainstorming, market research, and policy discussions with leadership

Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and business model evaluations

Liaise with external consultants, business partners, and internal teams for planning, reporting, and compliance support

Strong command over financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple work streams independently
