As the Head of Quality Control , you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all QC activities, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and laboratory efficiency. You will lead a team of QC professionals, oversee testing and release operations, manage audits and quality systems, and play a key role in establishing and governing a new animal testing laboratory in line with industry and regulatory standards.
To ensure quality control timely testing and release of all in-process samples, drug substances and drug products.
To ensure quality control release of raw material and packaging material testing.
To ensure testing and release of utility samples and environmental monitoring in quality control department from different facilities.
To take part in activities related to QMS and ensure timely closure of change controls and incidents, Deviations, OOS, OOT and regulatory & market compliances pertaining to quality control department.
Responsible to ensure data integrity for regular activities including batch analysis.
To ensure preparation and revision of SOP(s), STP(s), study protocols and method validation protocols & reports in quality control department.
To ensure the approvals of COA, SLPs and other Quality control documents.
Responsible to help in design of a new small animal testing laboratory, ensure to complete the construction in specified time, qualification of new small animal testing laboratory and approvals of the recent small animal testing laboratory from the concern authorities.
