Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)
- Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop service)

Shift & Schedule
- Night Shift aligned with U.Days Off: Fixed weekends – Saturday & Sunday
- Rotation: Monday to Friday workweek

As a part of our US healthcare support team, you will:
- Handle inbound voice calls from U.Healthcare service/customers—no sales, no targets.
- Listen actively, empathize, and provide transparent, personalized support.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written), preferably US accent-neutral.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts in U.Fresher/Prior experienced, All are welcome.
