Job Summary
FIST Engineering Solution is seeking an experienced BIM Manager – MEP to lead BIM planning, coordination, implementation, and delivery for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC projects. The candidate must have solid expertise in BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, and 4D/5D BIM simulation, with hands-on experience delivering complex projects from design through construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC disciplines.
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
Manage BIM deliverables in accordance with project requirements, LOD standards, and client specifications.
Oversee Revit MEP modeling, coordination, documentation, and model development.
Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
Ensure models meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.
Develop and manage 4D construction simulations by linking BIM models with project schedules.




Develop and manage 5D BIM workflows and simulations for quantity take-off, cost planning, and cost integration.
Have hands-on experience with Synchro 4D/5D or equivalent BIM simulation software.
Coordinate model-based construction sequencing, progress visualization, and schedule simulation.
Support quantity extraction, cost estimation, and model-based cost management.
Lead BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Review model quality, accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
Manage Revit Family Creation and Family Management requirements.
Review shop drawings, coordinated models, BIM deliverables, and construction documentation.
Identify BIM-related risks and technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Mentor and manage BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, and BIM Modelers.
Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM, 4D,
