We are looking for an experienced and passionate Career Counsellor who understands the complete U.S. college admissions process and can successfully guide students from profile building to final university enrollment.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Career Counsellor with expertise in U.S. undergraduate and graduate admissions . The ideal candidate should have experience advising students on university selection, application strategy, personal statements, essays, extracurricular planning, scholarships, and visa guidance.

The candidate should be capable of mentoring students throughout the entire admission journey while ensuring high-quality applications and exceptional student satisfaction.

Counsel students and parents regarding U.S. college and university admissions.





Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities.

University selection

University-specific portals

Review and edit:

College Essays

Help students develop strong extracurricular profiles.

TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo requirements

Provide scholarship and financial aid guidance.

Prepare students for university interviews.

S. student visa (F-1) process.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.

Excellent essay editing and proofreading skills.

Experience with Common App and university application portals.

Ability to counsel students and parents professionally.

Excellent English writing and grammar.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

~2–5+ years of experience in U.Experience working with education consultancies or overseas education firms.

~ Knowledge of scholarships and financial aid.

~ Universities, Liberal Arts Colleges, and Community Colleges.

~ Experience handling undergraduate and graduate ad
