Total Compensation: ₹21 LPA - ₹29 LPA (Fixed Pay ₹9 LPA + Variable Pay ₹12 LPA– ₹20 LPA Based on Performance)

Work Schedule: Mon–Fri: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM. Every alternate Saturday, Sales Training, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales,



and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

This role requires prior U.S. sales experience, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales setting and understand the nuances of selling in the U.S. market, we want to hear from you.

Grow the company's revenue from USD 20 million to USD 100 million over 4 years.
