Lead End-to-End Project Delivery

Manage complex software and data implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the level of quality the company is known for.

Drive clarity across all project phases, ensuring teams know exactly what needs to happen and when.

Develop and Own Project Plans

Create detailed project schedules,



milestones, resource allocations, and dependency maps.

Manage the critical path and adjust plans proactively to keep the project on track.

Maintain clear, accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Serve as the Primary Customer Contact

Provide consistent, executive-level status updates and insights.

Facilitate decision-making by presenting risks, options, and recommendations clearly.

Anticipate & Mitigate Risks

Communicate risks transparently to stakeholders and guide the team toward solutions.

Ensure every team member—onshore, offshore, internal, customer, or partner—understands their roles and responsibilities.

Coordinate with Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and third-party vendors to keep workstreams aligned.
