We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a robust advertising agency background who can blend strategic thinking with compelling storytelling. This role focuses on developing impactful brand narratives and leading the conceptualization and writing of brand films that resonate with target audiences and drive brand recall.

Develop creative strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and audience insights

Conceptualize and write scripts for brand films, digital campaigns, and video-led storytelling initiatives

Translate marketing briefs into powerful creative ideas and narratives

Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to bring ideas to life

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone,



and messaging across all creative outputs

Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to inform creative direction

Work closely with directors, production houses, and editors during execution of brand films

Continuously refine creative output based on performance insights and feedback

Prior experience in an advertising agency environment

Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect brand goals with creative output

Proven expertise in scriptwriting and storytelling, especially for brand films and video content

Excellent command of language, copywriting, and narrative structuring

Ability to turn insights into compelling creative concepts

Understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and content trends

Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
