Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current business opportunities and expand our client base.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching prospective clients, understanding their visualization requirements,



preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, marketing agencies, or companies operating within the architecture, construction, design, or multimedia industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, and hospitality sectors.

Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and direct meetings.

Connect with decision-makers such as developers, architects, interior designers, project heads, marketing heads, sales heads, and business owners.
