As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll identify opportunities, engage procurement, IT teams, and decision-makers, and offer tailored IT hardware, software, and services solutions. Solid IT knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales drive are essential.
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in SMB and Mid-Market segments through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting. Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys IT offerings, including hardware, software, and services. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system to progress leads through the sales cycle and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
