Job Post :- Partner Relationship Manager - Operations Work Location: Workdays: Monday to Friday
The Partner Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact for company's business partners, owning their end-to-end journey, from onboarding through day-to-day coordination, certification cycle support, and issue resolution. This is a client-facing operations role where solid communication, relationship management, and disciplined time management are the top priorities. Track report submission flow between partners, auditors, and internal teams, ensuring basic compliance with required formats and timelines.
Manage timelines across multiple partner accounts simultaneously, proactively flagging delays before they become issues.
Maintain accurate records in the CB management system / CRM for tracking partner status and history.
Prepare basic MIS/status reports and dashboards in Excel for management visibility.
Sharp time management, able to juggle multiple partner accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM / DMS tools for tracking and reporting.
Well organized, proactive, and able to work independently from the Ahmedabad office.
Prior exposure to a certification body, audit firm, or compliance-driven service business.
Experience with certification management software or a similar CB/CRM platform.
4–5 years of experience in client relationship management, business coordination, or operations - certification/compliance industry background is a plus but not mandatory.
