Recruitment firm specialized in commercial and industrial functions, we are hiring on behalf of our client, a French industrial group with an international footprint, generating close to €400 million in annual revenue and employing around 1,200 people worldwide.

Recognized for the quality and innovation of its premium solutions, the group develops high value-added technical products for the architecture, construction, marine, aerospace and numerous other industrial sectors.

As part of a replacement hire, this group is recruiting a Marketing Communications & Community Manager to lead the communication strategy for the India, South-East Asia (excluding China) and Oceania zone.

Group Communications Department.

Experience required : minimum 5 years in a similar role, in a B2B environment, industrial sector, with proven exposure to an international context.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Administration (MBA a plus).

Communication

Support the sales force by:

designing communication materials, from brief to production (print and digital),



in collaboration with the Group Communications team and Product Managers;

providing technical support to clients to address their communication needs;

acting as the go-to person for CRM-related topics and proposing suitable solutions.

Operational marketing

ensuring its implementation in each country of the zone;

leading the various projects (brochures, website, social media, digital materials, press relations, translations...);

monitoring budgets and making the necessary adjustments;

coordinating local initiatives with the Country Managers;

measuring and analyzing the performance of communication actions.

Community Management

Develop and animate communities (exhibitors/visitors, ambassadors and value chain influencers), and design recent value propositions tailored to each target.

Identify, develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic partners and internal/external service providers,
