We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the IT infrastructure and data center solutions domain.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B lead generation, networking, and market research.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
~2–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in IT infrastructure or data center products).
~ Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (server racks, cabling, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in selling technical/IT solutions.
Local market knowledge (Pune/Maharashtra region).
Familiarity with tendering processes and government/enterprise sector sales is a plus.
