Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Parent Consultation Calls

• Objection Navigation Help parents work through concerns such as:

• "Your responsibility is to help them reach clarity.

CRM Management Update every interaction.

Improve conversation quality.





Increase Lead → Paid Counselling conversion.

• Improve follow-up quality.

• You only enjoy transactional sales.

You believe sales is only about convincing people.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Counselling, Healthcare Sales, EdTech Sales or other consultative sales roles.

Experience using CRM systems is preferred.

Healthcare experience is a bonus—not a requirement.

PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES In addition to your fixed salary, performance-based incentives will be available after achieving defined monthly counselling booking milestones.
