Job Title: Client Relationship Executive About the Role We're looking for a personable, proactive Client Relationship Executive to be the primary point of contact between SAM and our clients. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients on day-to-day operational matters

Conduct regular client visits/calls to gather feedback and address concerns

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, QA, HR) to resolve client complaints promptly

Track and follow up on open issues until closure; ensure timely escalation where needed

Maintain client records, visit reports, and communication logs in Excel/app-based tools

Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services
