We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who can lead a team, drive business performance, and strengthen market presence.
Position: Area Sales Manager
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Advisors.
• Guide team members on customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Develop and implement effective sales and market strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales.
• Prior team handling or leadership experience will be preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
