The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) by driving the understanding, planning, implementation, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives managed by the CDO's office. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert on market and industry trends and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CDO's office.

Project Management & Strategic Execution

Monitor, track, and report progress against strategic goals, highlighting risks, delays, dependencies, and opportunities to the CDO

Assist the CDO in conducting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews

Manage end-to-end execution of projects, strategic initiatives, and new business ventures assigned by the CDO

Analyze and evaluate recent projects and business opportunities, presenting recommendations along with potential benefits and challenges.

Market & Industry Intelligence

Prepare reports and presentations related to new business initiatives and growth opportunities





Identify business outliers and provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from industry reports, market research, public sources, and field information to support strategic decision-making.

Executive Support to the CDO

Plan, coordinate, and ensure effective management of the CDO's schedule and priorities

Provide support for travel arrangements, meetings, and calendar management, particularly during urgent situations

Handle other administrative and executive support responsibilities as required by the CDO's office

Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree in any discipline.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and business information
