BRÜK is a premium consumer lifestyle brand inspired by Scandinavian design — built around simplicity, functionality, and everyday joy.
We’re in the early stages of building something meaningful — from product to brand to community. The foundation is set (Shopify store, social presence), and we’re now looking for someone hungry to take ownership of marketing and grow with us from day one.
The Role
This is not a strategy-only role. This is a builder role. You will work directly with the founders to launch campaigns, create content, drive growth, and build systems using AI tools. If you’re excited about building a brand from scratch — this is for you.
What You’ll Own
1. Content & Social GrowthPlan Plan and execute content across Instagram and other channels
– Create short-form content — reels, hooks, scripts, captions
– Work with designers or create content yourself using AI tools
– Build a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
2. Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
– Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google
– Test creatives, audiences, and messaging
– Track CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance
– Iterate continuously based on data
3. Shopify & Website Optimisation
– Manage and optimise the Shopify store
– Improve conversion rates — landing pages, product pages, checkout
– Run A/B tests and experiments
– Coordinate with designers or developers where needed
4. Influencer & Community Marketing
– Identify and collaborate with relevant creators
– Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end
– Build early community and brand advocates
5.AI-Driven Marketing Systems
– Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to generate content and analyse performance
– Automate repetitive workflows
– Build repeatable systems to scale output without scaling cost
