How will you make an impact?
Technical design and architecture of fullstack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and security across both frontend and backend systems.
Drive engineering excellence across the team by establishing and championing coding standards, design patterns and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering growth and capability development aligned with the Quantium engineering capability framework.
Collaborate with product managers, delivery managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions,
architecture reviews and design forums for major features and system components.
Own and drive the engineering roadmap for assigned products and services, balancing technical debt reduction with feature development.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust deployment practices and operational reliability.
Lead incident response, conduct post-mortems and implement systemic improvements to prevent recurrence.
Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and contemporary engineering practices across the team. Contribute to cross-team technical initiatives, knowledge sharing and the broader Quantium engineering community.
Actively take part and contribute in scrum meetings to partner with all team members including the product and delivery managers.
