Relevant Experience: Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance who is detail-oriented and proactive to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper internal controls, meeting statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, and managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial accounting, month-end closing, audits, statutory compliance, and working with ERP systems. Experience in a SaaS company, particularly in subscription billing, revenue recognition,



and deferred revenue accounting, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Maintain robust internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Work closely with ERP teams to enhance accounting workflows and financial reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial reports and business insights for management.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
