Role Description
This full-time, on-site US Trucking Dispatcher role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The dispatcher coordinates daily truck schedules, assigns loads, and manages driver routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. The role involves monitoring shipment status, communicating with drivers, customers, and carriers, and resolving route, timing,



or equipment issues as they arise. The dispatcher maintains accurate load records, updates tracking systems, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The position also requires proactive problem-solving, prioritizing time-sensitive freight, and contributing to continuous improvement of dispatch processes.

Qualifications
Knowledge of CDL Class A requirements and familiarity with Truck Driving operations.
Understanding of DOT Regulations and their application to daily dispatch decisions.
Awareness of loading and Unloading processes and basic Truck equipment terminology.
Strong communication and coordination skills for working with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Ability to use dispatch, routing, and tracking software; proficiency with basic computer applications.
Experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics dispatch is preferred.
