We are looking for a US & Canada IT Recruiter experienced in handling full-time IT requirements. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for permanent positions with US & Canada clients.
Responsibilities
? Work on assigned full time IT requirements.
? Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
? Review resumes and match candidates against job requirements.
? Conduct initial screening and assess technical skills, communication, location, and compensation expectations.
? Coordinate candidate submissions and interviews.
? Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
? Follow up on interviews and offer status.
? Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
? Meet assigned sourcing and submission targets.
