As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales function, develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing remote sales team.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an individual with exceptional sales, business development, and people management skills who is passionate about delivering measurable business growth.

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy, acquiring current business, managing key client relationships,



mentoring the Business Development team, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue and growth targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and play a pivotal role in expanding RSR Global's presence across international markets.

Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.

Identify new business opportunities across recruitment, immigration, education, training, franchise development, and international workforce solutions.

Expand RSR Global's client portfolio across domestic and international markets.

Sales Leadership

Lead, motivate and manage the Business Development & Sales team.

Set individual and team sales targets.

Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Develop sales strategies to maximise conversion rates.
