We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused UX Designer to build engaging shopping experiences that help hundreds of millions of emerging customers discover promotions, unlock savings, and get more value every time they shop. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives that help customers build bigger baskets, discover what more to consider, and find the best deals—all while making the shopping journey feel rewarding and fun. You'll gamify the shopping experience, design intuitive promotion discovery flows, and create delightful moments that drive customer engagement and savings. You'll work alongside product management, engineering, UX research, and UX writing to define and build essential, lovable products. You are an experienced designer with deep experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or mobile-first environments. You have a knack for making complex shopping decisions feel simple and rewarding. You are an organized self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and are always on the lookout for ways to help customers save more and shop smarter. You are an excellent collaborator and have no problem presenting—and defending—your ideas to other designers, product managers, and company leaders. You understand the value of user testing and prototyping and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
