Our work spans application development, cloud, cybersecurity, data and analytics, ERP, project management, low-code platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow), and AI-enabled staffing.
We are at the stage where growth is the constraint. We have the delivery capability, the certifications, and the contract vehicles. What we need is someone who can go get the business.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own revenue growth for Invoti. This is a full-cycle role: you will find the opportunities, build the relationships, shape the deals, and close them. You will work directly with leadership, with real influence over which markets we chase and how we position ourselves.
This is not an account-maintenance job. We are looking for a builder,



someone who is energized by an open territory and comfortable being measured on what they bring in.
What You'll Do
• Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across IT staffing, managed services, and project-based consulting engagements.
• Run structured outbound campaigns through calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events, and referrals, and convert inbound interest into qualified conversations.
• Diagnose a client's actual technical and staffing problem before proposing a solution. Bring our delivery leads in at the right moment, not the last moment.
• Own proposal and RFP responses end-to-end: bid/no-bid calls, capture strategy, pricing, and compliant, on-time submission.
• Handle MSAs, SOWs, rate negotiations, and contract terms through signature.
• Turn first engagements into repeat business and multi-practice expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast honestly, and report pipeline health on a weekly cadence.
