Role Description The GTM/Business Development Lead is a remote, contract role responsible for building and executing go-to-market initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Maipl. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify prospective customers, develop outreach strategies, and nurture relationships with product managers and engineering leaders.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, creating and refining lead generation campaigns, engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and collaborating with the product and marketing teams on positioning and messaging. The GTM/Business Development Lead will also collect feedback from prospects, help refine Maipl’s value proposition, and support the development of scalable sales processes and playbooks.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform GTM strategies.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
Proven experience in Lead Generation, with a track record of building and managing qualified pipelines in B2B or SaaS environments.
